Erasmus Darwin was a very famous polymath and no one dared to compete with him due to his superior knowledge and achievements. He helped contribute to the evolution theory by encouraging and sharing his ideas about evolution. He believed there was no higher human being that had created the earth and believed the earth was changing in some way. Erasmus wasn't able to share his idea globally or nationally due to the high religious people, so he shared his theory to his grandson (Charles Darwin) who made the evolution theory a reality.
